Subscription questions
- Can I pause or skip a delivery?
- Yes. Every subscription can be paused, skipped or cancelled from your account before the next dispatch date, with no fee and no minimum number of deliveries.
- How fresh is the oil I receive?
- Bottles are filled from the current harvest lot and nitrogen flushed at filling, so each delivery leaves the estate within weeks of bottling rather than sitting in a warehouse for a year.
- Which countries do you ship to?
- Mainland Portugal, the Portuguese islands and the EU. Shipping is flat-rate per zone and free above the zone threshold; the exact delivered price including VAT is shown before you pay.
- Is VAT included in the subscription price?
- Yes. All prices shown include VAT at the rate for your delivery country, so the price you see is the price charged at checkout.
